Black Bean & Corn Nachos

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 package of shredded Cheddar/Monterey Jack cheese
  • Shredded cooked chicken (optional)
  • JB’s Best Black Bean, Corn & Cilantro Salsa
  • 6 green onions (sliced)
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Arrange tortilla chips on a large baking sheet.
  3. Top with chicken, then JB’s Best Salsa, then cheese.
  4. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese had melted.
  5. Top with sliced scallions and serve.
