This is the way BBQ & Salsa should be – made from scratch with real ingredients!
Our BBQ sauces feature ale from Jackie O’s, molasses, brown sugar, locally-made mustard, and other real ingredients. What they don’t have is corn syrup, thickeners, or other artificial ingredients.
Our newest one is Ghost Pepper BBQ Sauce – a sauce made from the hottest pepper on earth, dialed down to heat you can savor.
Our salsas start with tomatoes grown on a fourth-generation family farm, and lots of other fresh, local ingredients, such as peaches in our Sizzling Summer Peach Salsa. Plus, we add a splash of tequila to each salsa to give it a bit of zing.
