Black Bean & Corn Nachos
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 package of shredded Cheddar/Monterey Jack cheese
- Shredded cooked chicken (optional)
- JB’s Best Black Bean, Corn & Cilantro Salsa
- 6 green onions (sliced)
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Arrange tortilla chips on a large baking sheet.
- Top with chicken, then JB’s Best Salsa, then cheese.
- Bake 10 minutes or until cheese had melted.
- Top with sliced scallions and serve.
